Anybody looking for free PDF downloads of official Toyota manuals are not going to find anything. And if someone has one, they are not going to spend a few days scanning it.
The cheapest option is to sign up for a 2 day license at this website and download what you need; I spent 3-4 hours creating directories/sub-directories and downloading every conceivable section that I might someday need. It cost $15 and you can look up any year Toyota during this period. The bonus with doing it this way is that you get access to more than just the repair manual. You get access to every service bulletin and a lot of other info. I have just purchased some of the PDF files from the Toyota Rav4 (1996-2000) Service Manual, which I am making available for FREE to any interested Forum members.
